Corporate Services
Incorporation can make sense for some business owners, but not for everyone. We can help you assess the tax and accounting considerations, complete a straightforward incorporation, and provide the bookkeeping, payroll, corporate tax return preparation, and annual corporate compliance services that your business needs.
Keep Your Corporation Up to Date
A corporate income tax return is separate from the annual corporate return and other corporate record-keeping requirements. Depending on the corporation and its jurisdiction, these obligations may include an annual return, annual resolutions, ownership or control information, and updates when directors, officers, shareholders, or the registered office change.
Keeping these filings and records current helps maintain the corporation’s status and ensures that its records accurately reflect important decisions and changes.
Objective Tax & Accounting can assist with routine annual filings and basic corporate records maintenance. Matters requiring legal advice or more complex corporate changes may need to be referred to legal counsel.
